The cost for this session is $175. I am confident you’ll leave the session feeling energized and clear about your health journey. After an initial strategy session like this one, it’s usually helpful to have ongoing sessions to put your plan into action, and we can discuss what that looks like. Most people start noticing positive changes within three months, and many decide to keep working with me for continued support and maintenance for six months or longer.
